Most people think a roof replacement is just about swapping out shingles. It's not. What's underneath matters just as much - and in a lot of cases, it matters more. Rotten wood, failing decking, and compromised framing are problems that don't fix themselves. If you just layer new shingles over bad bones, you're setting yourself up for bigger headaches down the road.

That's exactly the kind of work we're built for. We don't just resurface - we go all the way down to the structure. Here, you can see the reframing work laid out across the existing roof surface, fresh lumber mapped across the full span before new decking goes on. Clean, solid, and done right before anything else gets installed on top of it.

Once the framing is squared away, the decking goes down - new OSB panels laid tight and marked out clean. That's your foundation. Then comes the insulation layer, which is one of those things that makes a real difference inside the home but gets skipped way too often. We handle all of it, so you're not trying to coordinate three different contractors just to get your roof done properly.

That's kind of the whole point. When your home needs serious work, the last thing you want is to spend your time hunting down a roofer, then a framer, then an insulation guy. We take care of the full scope - roof installation and replacement, reframing, decking, insulation, gutters, siding. One call, one crew, one job done well.

If your home is overdue for a real roof replacement - not just a patch job - this is what a thorough process looks like. We work from the structure up, and we don't cut corners to get to the finish line faster.
